Happy & Healthy St. Patrick’s Day!

With the weather heating up and the school year slowly coming to an end, it’s time for school field trips and lemonade stands to pop up. I spent most of the day juggling baby and running after kids on my daughter’s school field trip. Once we got home, it was turbo bake time. I whipped out some pot o’ gold cupcakes (I use India Tree natural food dyes for the green) and glazed baked doughnut holes in no time!

My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time laughing, hanging out, and making a little extra money. They rotate who’s house they have the lemonade stand at. My daughter is going to donate some of her money to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since my husband has Type 1 diabetes and it’s something that is important to our family.

My daughters other friend wants to build a garden to help her family learn to grow their own vegetables. Both in my opinion are great causes!
