Fruit and Spinach Salad

This salad is perfect for those mid afternoon sweet cravings, and has so many good vitamins and antioxidants in it. But you won’t notice because it has the perfect amount of sweetness and the best flavor. The spinach and feta adds just the right amount of –should I even say it, bitterness??– to offset the sweet.


2 cups spinach lettuce

1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved

1/2 cup strawberries, cut into slices

1/8 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp Annie’s light raspberry dressing

1/8 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Place spinach lettuce in a bowl. Top with grapes, strawberries, feta cheese, and walnuts (optional). Drizzle salad dressing over the top of the salad and enjoy! P.S. Kids seem to like this salad a lot because it is sweet!

    Looks delicious. I have never thought of feta cheese as bitter.
